SOLARIS has partnered with Ambition Applied, a grant writing company in St. Georges, Utah. Ambition Applied has distinguished itself through its founder, Ms. Carrie Carlow, by its persistence in pursuing a grant application for its clients until it is successful in obtaining a grant. The philosophy at Ambition Applied is simple; if they are not successful, there is no charge. When they are successful, a simple fee of 10% of the total amount of the grant is extracted prior to the grant being issued. Here is a listing of just some of the available grants for 2006 (click on the link to see the announcement summary): USDA Offers Grants and Loans for Efficiency, Renewable EnergyThe U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced last week the availability of $11.385 million in funding for competitive grants and $176.5 million for guaranteed loans to purchase renewable energy systems and make energy efficiency improvements.
